If a business uses Gig Wage to send your 1099, you’ll have instant access to it!
If you do not have the 1099 link shown in the image below, the business has not submitted your 1099 via Gig Wage. In this case, you will need to reach out directly to the business to inquire how they will be issuing the 1099 to you.
Step 1:
From your Gig Wage dashboard, select 1099s:
If you’ve been paid by multiple businesses via Gig Wage, you may have more than one 1099 available. Each 1099 is labeled with the tax year and the business name.
If you have multiple 1099s from the same business, this indicates a corrected 1099 was filed (see image below). The corrected 1099 will contain a bold checked box indicating it is a correction. This is the form you should use.
Step 2:
Select the 1099 you’d like to view, download or print:
